OUR STORY
Eb Williams Player Development was built in the heart of my hometown, by the same community that raised me, believed in me, and shaped who I am today. I started this journey in 2017 with no funding, just a deep passion to serve the next generation of athletes. I trained wherever I could; church gyms, outdoor courts, anywhere kids showed up with a goal. I wanted to create something that didn’t just develop basketball players, but leaders. Today, we train over 400 athletes annually, have helped students earn more than $20 million in scholarships, and even prepared a player for the 2024 Paris Olympics. But no matter how far we go, this will always be about giving back to the place that gave everything to me.
