TESTIMONIALS

My experience working out with Eb was like a big sister-little brother relationship…we spent endless hours in the gym bonding and getting better not only as basketball players but as humans.
— -Isaiah Mucius, NBA G League
I worked with Eb the summer before my first professional season in Europe. I was impressed with her attention to detail from before we even started - she asked for game footage to study and tailor the workouts to fit my needs as a player. I improved my weaknesses, reinforced my strengths, and got better overall.
— Martinas Geben, Overseas Pro
My experience was different from any other trainers I had trained with. I was put through drills that simulated what I do during games and took game like shots. The first time I was to train at game speed and not just go through the motions...
— Makayla Daniels, University of Arkansas

MEET COACH EB

Eb Williams Player Development was born in 2017 with a mission to bring quality basketball training to the youth of Washington County, MD.

As a young player growing up in Hagerstown, Ebonie Williams began to make a name for herself and caught the attention of Mike Teasley. Mike was a successful boys high school coach at Notre Dame Academy (NDA) and the brother of WNBA champion, Nikki Teasley. Eb agreed to attend the private school in Middleburg, VA and Mike agreed to coach her. She soon became a highly recruited player with over 25 Division I scholarship offers, ranked a Top 5 Point Guard in the USA, and NDA reached a #2 national ranking as well. With the help of her AAU programs, Fairfax Stars and Boo Williams, Eb decided to attend Seton Hall University and compete in the Big East Conference.

In her college career, Eb amassed over 1,700 points, broke SHU’s 3 point record, became an All-Big East player, and selected as an All-American. After college, Eb became a professional athlete in Europe until finding out she was pregnant. After the birth of Eb’s daughter, she made the decision to retire and focus on raising her family.

From Ebonie Williams to Coach Eb, her passion and vast skill sets in basketball transfigured into a business that is nostalgic. The organizations mission is to use basketball to help develop players on the court and in the game of life
